Team Cream have just returned from our research trip to Bologna and Rimini to visit the world's largest ice cream and coffee convention, SIGEP
This week we ventured to Italy to explore the home of gelato and see the latest trends that the most stylish country in the world had to offer.
After 4 nights, 16 meetings, a total of 16.5 hours sleep and enough espresso to wake Tutankhamun we have arrived back home brimming with excitement and ideas.
The coffee was incredible, the pizza was bountiful and we even got chance to visit the 2017 Italian Barista Championships...
We are now packed full of ideas that we're hoping to develop in the coming months. We also have some VERY exciting news coming soon so keep your eyes peeled.
